• 氣閘間相對(duì)于相連接的各功能間（或環(huán)境）的空氣壓力為負(fù)壓，并且全排。氣閘間的兩側(cè)，可以是非潔凈區(qū)對(duì)潔凈區(qū)，也可以是潔凈區(qū)對(duì)潔凈區(qū)。防止不同環(huán)境之間產(chǎn)生交叉污染。
